2020 Board of Director Election Results

CPA Saskatchewan is pleased to announce the results of the 2020 Board Election.  We welcome the following members who will serve a three year term.


Bev Betteridge, CPA, CMA

Bev is the founder and President of the Corner Office, which specializes in out-sourced accounting and finance in Saskatchewan. She has 28 years of experience in accounting, business process reviews, internal audit, risk management, financial systems and consulting. Bev obtained her CMA designation in 2000. She also holds a Certification in Risk Management from Canadian Institute of Internal Audit. Two teenage daughters and their activities keep Bev’s family busy. She has devoted a significant amount of time to volunteering, especially when it involves her children. For several years, Bev coached both softball and volleyball for Queen City Volleyball, Regina Volleyball Club, North Regina Little League and Storm Softball. Bev also was a member of the Board and was the Treasurer and Chair of the Audit & Finance Committee for Ranch Ehrlo Society for 4 years ending in 2019.

Boni Dorish, CPA, CMA

Boni is the Chief Financial Officer for Ag-West Bio, Boni oversees all financial reporting, budgeting and information technology for the Corporation. She is responsible for the quarterly financial reporting to the Audit and Finance committee and the Board of Directors. Boni has a diverse accounting background in areas of not-for-profits, public sector and agriculture. She obtainer her CMA designation in 2015 and completed her accounting diploma at Southern Alberta Institute for Technology (SAIT) in Calgary. She began her career as a Control Accountant with Enmax in Calgary, AB and then returned to Saskatoon to serve as accountant at POS Bio-Sciences for six years, before taking on her current role at Ag-West Bio. Boni completed the Edwards School of Business Effective Executive Leadership Course and is currently working on the last module of the Institute of Corporate Directors ICD.D program. Boni also serves as Industry Director for BioTalent Canada; she is chair of the Audit and Finance committee and she assists the Board of Directors in fulfilling its responsibilities with respect to the integrity, accuracy and completeness of the financial statements, and financial reporting.

Ryan Kitchen, CPA, CA

Ryan is a partner at Baker Tilly SK LLP in Yorkton. He received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1999 and obtained his CA designation in 2002. Ryan has a wide range of experience in assurance, tax, and consulting, specializing in providing income tax planning to individuals and corporations in the agricultural industry as well as providing assurance services for municipalities. He has volunteered with many organizations including as a Level 3 Hockey Official with the Saskatchewan Hockey Association’s Referee Division, Treasurer of Yorkton Sports Hall of Fame, Finance chairperson of 2016 Western Canada Cup - Yorkton Bid Committee, Secretary/Treasurer of Canora/Hudson Bay Ukrainian Orthodox District Council, and committee member of Richie Hall Red Cross Golf Tournament – Yorkton. 

Laurette Lefol, CPA, CMA

Laurette is the Finance Manager for the Canadian Corps of Commissionaires (North Saskatchewan) Inc. As part of the executive team she contributes to the governance and oversight of the company resources. She is past chair of the Commissionaires National Finance working group, a committee of the 15 CFOs of the Canadian Corps of Commissionaires divisions across Canada. She is a member of the CPA Saskatchewan Discipline Committee and has volunteered at several CPA Saskatchewan convocation ceremonies. Laurette volunteers with several community associations, as a board member and in the roles of treasurer, and president. She also served on her local community association, the school parents’ associations, the Francophone Foundation, Catholic Family Services (CFS), church finance committee, and the Federation des Francophones de Saskatoon.  She was also appointed to and served on the advisory council for the Secretary of Francophone Affairs for the Provincial Government, a committee nominated by the provincial government. She is the Co- founder for the Mentorship program for French speaking immigrant women.

Tom McClocklin, CPA, CA

Tom is the President of Colliers International for Saskatchewan and is responsible for executing the provincial strategy. Colliers is Saskatchewan’s largest commercial real estate services provider and celebrated 110 years in business in 2020. He received his Bachelor of Commerce with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan and his CA designation in 1991. Prior to joining Colliers Tom worked in Chicago and Toronto for a major accounting firm providing commercial real estate services in areas of due diligence, acquisition advisory, portfolio restructuring and financing, and capital markets. He has been involved in his community through volunteering on a variety of boards including the: Young Presidents Organization and YPO Alberta Gold Chapter. Tom served as Chair of the Junior Achievement Board, Chair of the Royal University Hospital Foundation and President of the Saskatoon Club Board of Directors. Tom is currently on the board of Saskatchewan Blue Cross where he served as Chair and the Canadian Association of Blue Cross Plans.

Davey McLellan, CPA, CA

Davey is the Chief Financial Officer at Alliance Energy Ltd., an electrical construction company serving Saskatchewan for over 100 years. He has a background in public accounting focusing on small business and not‐for‐profit organizations at Deloitte before joining Alliance Energy. Currently, Davey is a member of the CPA Saskatchewan Discipline Committee. He has been active with SaskGames and its “Play With Your Food” planning committee, as well as Fan Expo Regina, North Central Family Centre, Habitat for Humanity, and KidSport.



Rodney Sieffert, CPA, CA

Rodney was born and raised in rural Saskatchewan. He is married with one son, who was a successful writer of the 2019 CFE in Saskatchewan. Rod has over 35 years of public practice experience. Rod earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1984 and CA designation in 1987. Rodney is an Assurance Partner in MNP Regina office. He provides service to clients in a variety of areas, including assurance, business planning, financial reporting, consulting, corporate finance and transactional support. Rodney is a past board member of the Wascana Centre Authority and the Past President of the Sask Party – Regina Wascana Plains Constituency Association.  Rodney is finishing a two year term on the CPA Saskatchewan Board and wishes to seek a second term.

2020 Board of Director Election Results
