Become a CPA and join the ranks of Canada’s top strategic and financial decision-makers. By earning the CPA designation, you will develop the knowledge, skills and confidence required to be successful and influential.

A CPA, or group of CPAs, shall register a firm prior to providing service to the public. Services that would require registration as a firm include: assurance, tax advice or management accounting.

A member or firm may practice through a professional corporation. A firm may practice as a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). Any member or firm practicing the profession in a corporate form must register a professional corporation or LLP.

Registration fees for membership are due and you are required to pay fees by May 15, 2016 to ensure your good standing with the Institute.

With the proclamation of The Accounting Profession Act on November 10, 2014, all Saskatchewan’s accountants are now united under a single designation banner – CPA.

Highlights

CPA Saskatchewan registrants are subject to regulation, which includes The Accounting Profession Act, Regulatory & Administrative Bylaws, Rules of Professional Conduct, Regulatory & Administrative Board rules and processes established for CPA Saskatchewan.
